Even though it is still a bit chilly with a north wind today, a few more birds have been seen around the Centre and Town. Today, Carley and I saw a tundra swan flying along above the road near the Great White Bear garage. Yesterday, there was a report of a Sandhill crane flying in the vicinity of the "old dump".
Early last week, Heidi reported robins in town near the VIA Rail station and also out here at the Centre. The Canada geese are present in good numbers and seem to be mostly pairing off and/or standing on the road. There is one report of a goose egg sighting....
